Of the more than 150 cheeses on hand at any one time, our selection will vary from day to day as we continue to bring in new varieties. In addition, we only offer cheeses at their peak of freshness and ripeness.

The best way to learn more about what cheeses you enjoy is by tasting them. Get to know cheeses in various categories. If you know you like goat cheeses, ask us for different varieties of goat cheese to try. Or tour a country through its cheeses - you will be surprised at the similarities and differences you'll find. Ask for a sample of a new cheese whenever you're in the store. Periodically, too, we offer cheese sampling in our stores, so be sure to come by and try something new.
